Weather permitting, we will start shipping daylilies mid May until mid July. Iris will be shipped early August. If you are ordering both iris and daylilies they will be shipped together early August, unless specified otherwise. All orders are on a "first come basis". Please try to place your orders and payment as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Your plants will be dug, washed, trimmed, normally on Sunday and mailed on Monday AM, Expedited Post (Approximately 5 days). This will normally get your plants to you within the week. However, if you would like Express Post (Approximately 3 days, and about double the cost), please indicate when filling out the shipping cost column.

Note: You will be contacted when your order is on its way.

      Daylilies and iris will require separate shipping charges unless shipped at the same time (August).

Substitutions:
It is difficult to predict the season's outcome as our plants are field grown. Making a list of substitutions will make replacement decisions easier for us. However, you will be contacted if it is necessary to substitute.

Payment:
Unfortunately we are not set up to accept credit cards. We will accept cheque or money order. No post dated cheques please.

Confirmation of your order will be the deposit of your cheque. If there is a problem with your order you will be contacted as we are very busy this time of year to contact everyone. If you have concerns, please contact us.

Remember Rural Roots Gardens does not sell tissue culture daylilies.
